Bjärreds IBK was one of 19 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nova Open 2023. The team in Pojkar 2010 made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Willands ibk by 3-4.
In addition to this, Bjärreds IBK have participated in Nova Open before. During Nova Open 2022, Bjärreds IBK had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 2011, Pojkar 2010 and Flickor 2011-2012 respectively.
