In addition to the four IBK Lund teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 2010. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Lund Grön could be found in Group A together with Bjärreds IBK Blå, IBK Lund Blå, Lomma FBC and Skurups IBK Pf10.
