In addition to Williamstown, 11 other teams played in Boys Under 13 (7v7). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Williamstown Blue could be found in Group B together with BASL Blue, SJSA 2 White, Rosebud heart Red, Beaumaris Beauy Eagles and Skye United.

Williamstown Blue made it to Cup after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Chelsea FC with 1-2. Thereby Williamstown Blue finished second in Boys U13 (7v7) Cup during Boys & Girls FC 2019.
