In addition to the two BASL teams, 7 other teams played in Boys Under 14 (7v7). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof BASL Blue could be found in Group A together with Gisborne, Banyule City and Geelong Rangers.

BASL Blue made it to Plate after reaching 4:th place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Gisborne, which they won with 3-1. Thereby BASL Blue won the entire Plate in Boys Under 14 (7v7) during Boys & Girls FC 2019.
