In addition to Åkersberga BK, 26 other teams played in Flickor 13 9-manna. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åkersberga BK could be found in Group 6 together with IK Östria Lambohov, IK Rössö, Backatorp IF Röd and Landvetter IF Röd.

Åkersberga BK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against TFK/HIS (Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS with 1-3. In the Final, TFK/HIS (Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS won over Herrestads AIF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 9-manna.
