In addition to Svalövs BK, 37 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Svalövs BK could be found in Group 8 together with Azalea BK, Bollebygds IF, IK Östria Lambohov and Bromstens IK.

Svalövs BK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Team Nes with 0-2. In the Final, Bollstanäs SK won over Svarteborgs FC/Munkedals IF/Hedekas IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 14.
