In addition to the two IFK Skövde FK teams, 12 other teams played in Pojkar 16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IFK Skövde FK UN. could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Österåker, Sjömarken/Sandared and Team Nes 1.
IFK Skövde FK UN. continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Trollhättans FK with 1-2. In the Final, Skövde AIK won over Trollhättans FK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16. IFK Skövde FK also participated in Pojkar 15 during Skadevi Cup 2013.
