In addition to Lekstorps IF, 7 other teams played in Flickor 14. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lekstorps IF could be found in Group 2 together with Virum-Sorgenfri BK, IFK Hallsberg FK and Skövde KIK.

Lekstorps IF made it to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Skövde KIK with 2-3. Thereby Lekstorps IF finished second in F14 A-slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2015.
