In addition to Ulvåkers IF, 17 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ulvåkers IF could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Tidaholm, Spånga IS FK and Öna SK.
Ulvåkers IF made it to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Skultorps IF, which they won with 5-4. Thereby Ulvåkers IF won the entire A-slutspel in Flickor 15-16 during Skadevi Cup 2015. Ulvåkers IF also participated in Flickor 15-16 during Skadevi Cup 2014.
