In addition to Karlstad BK, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Karlstad BK could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Haninge, IFK Skövde FK 2 and Fässbergs IF 1.

Karlstad BK continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skoftebyns IF 2 with 0-2. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna won over Skoftebyns IF 2 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 12.
