In addition to Hovås Billdal IF, 18 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hovås Billdal IF could be found in Group 2 together with Backatorp IF, Lindome GIF, Mölnlycke IF 1 and Yxhults IK.
Hovås Billdal IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tölö IF 1 with 1-2. In the Final, Tölö IF 1 won over Tölö IF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12. Hovås Billdal IF also participated in Flickor 12 during Skadevi Cup 2015.
