Halvorstorps IS was one of 190 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13 9-manna and Flickor 14-15 respectively. Two teams played until 1/4 Final in A-slutspel; Pojkar 12 1 lost against Kungsbacka IF 1 by 3-4 and Flickor 14-15 lost against Sjömarkens IF by 4-5.

In addition to this, Halvorstorps IS have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2015, Halvorstorps IS had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 15 and Flickor 13 9-manna respectively. Two teams played until 1/8 Final in A-slutspel; Pojkar 12 gul lost against IF Brommapojkarna by 0-5 and Pojkar 12 svart lost against Bollstanäs SK by 0-3.

Halvorstorps IS comes from Trollhättan which lies approximately 90 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Trollhättan does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2016 (Hogstorps IF, Emtunga-Tråvad-Larv, IFK Uddevalla, Trollhättans FK, Skepplanda BTK, IK Rössö, Karlsberg United FC, Trollhättans BoIS, IF Änglarna and Vara SK).
