Kolbotn IL was one of four clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 12 and Pojkar 15 respectively. Two teams played until 1/4 Final in B-Slutspel; Pojkar 12 lost against Tomtens IF by 2-4 and Pojkar 15 lost against Landvetter IS by 6-7.
In addition to this, Kolbotn IL have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2015, Kolbotn had two teams playing in Pojkar 14 and Pojkar 16 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Onsala BK 1 by 1-2. Kolbotn comes from Sofiemyr which lies approximately 230 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Sofiemyr does also provide two additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2016 (Nesodden IF and Fjellhamar FK).
