In addition to Lerums IS, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Lerums IS could be found in Group 11 together with Bele Barkarby FF 1, Ytterby IS Vit, Tomtens IF and Köping FF.

Lerums IS continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halvorstorps IS 2 with 0-1. In the Final, Brommapojkarna won over IFK Skövde FK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 12.
