In addition to Nesodden IF, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Nesodden IF could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Skövde FK 2, Kode IF and IFK Mariestad.

Nesodden IF made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Gideonsbergs IF, which they won with 4-1. Thereby Nesodden IF won the entire A-slutspel in Pojkar 15 during Skadevi Cup 2016.
