In addition to Hertzöga BK, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 13 9-manna. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Hertzöga BK could be found in Group 12 together with Karlsberg United FC Gul, Emmaboda Kombination and IFK Falköping FF 1.

Hertzöga BK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Mölnlycke IF 1 with 0-1. In the Final, Nesodden IF won over Hermansby IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 9-manna.
