In addition to Borens IK, 37 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Borens IK could be found in Group 7 together with Skövde KIK Svart, Qviding FIF, Tölö IF and Forsby FF.

Borens IK continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stenkullen GoIK with 1-4. In the Final, Lerums IS won over Stenkullen GoIK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 13.
