IFK Lidingö P01 was one of 190 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.

In addition to IFK Lidingö P01, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Lidingö P01 could be found in Group 5 together with Kolbotn IL, Lidköpings FK/Akademi and IFK Falköping 2.

IFK Lidingö P01 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Skövde FK 2 with 0-4. In the Final, IFK Falköping 1 won over Ulvåker/Tymer and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15.

IFK Lidingö P01 comes from Lidingö which lies approximately 270 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Lidingö does also provide 19 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2016 (Among others: Vallentuna Damfotboll, Brommapojkarna, IFK Vaxholm, Enskede IK, Boo FF, Apollon Solna FK, Hanvikens SK, Hammarby If, Ängby IF and Vallentuna BK).
