In addition to Kullavik IF, 18 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Kullavik IF could be found in Group 4 together with Hanvikens SK, Hermansby IF, Mölnlycke IF 2 and Torslanda IK 2.

Kullavik IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Yxhults IK with 0-1. In the Final, Tölö IF 1 won over Tölö IF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12.
