In addition to Vallens IF, 12 other teams played in Pojkar 13 11-manna. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Vallens IF could be found in Group 2 together with Särö IK, Höganäs BK and Jarlabergs IF.

Vallens IF made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Jarlabergs IF with 0-1. Thereby Vallens IF finished second in P13 (11) B-Slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2016.
