Hovshaga Aif was one of 190 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Flickor 13.
In addition to Hovshaga AIF, 37 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Hovshaga AIF could be found in Group 4 together with Lerums IS, Kungälvs FF and IFK Kristinehamn 2. Hovshaga AIF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Onsala BK 2 with 3-4. In the Final, Ulvåkers IF won over Vallens IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13. Hovshaga Aif comes from Växjö which lies approximately 180 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
