In addition to the two Kungsbacka teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Kungsbacka IF 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Skepplanda BTK, Lerdala IF/IF Tymer and Bele Barkarby FF 2.

Kungsbacka IF 2 continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Bele Barkarby FF 1 with 0-1. In the Final, Enskede IK won over Bele Barkarby FF 1 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 12.
