IF Väster was one of 190 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 14.
In addition to IF Väster, 40 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof IF Väster could be found in Group 10 together with IFK Uddevalla 2, IFK Skövde FK 2 and Trosa-Vagnhärads SK. IF Väster continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Nesodden IF with 0-2. In the Final, Trosa-Vagnhärads SK won over Nesodden IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 14. IF Väster also participated in Pojkar 13 11-manna during Skadevi Cup 2015. They reached the 1/8 Final in P13 (11) A-slutspel, but lost it against Lunds BK with 2-8. Väster comes from Västra Frölunda which lies approximately 140 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Västra Frölunda does also provide 47 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2016 (Among others: Stenkullen GoIK, Torslanda IK, Näsets SK, Nol IK, Floda BOIF, Kärra KIF, Bergums IF, Kållered SK, IFK Fjärås and Hovås Billdal IF). 7 games playedGoals |
