In addition to the two Kareby/Kode teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 13 9-manna. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Kareby/Kode 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Snöstorp Nyhem FF 1, Nässjö FF 1 and Tölö IF.

Kareby/Kode 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hertzöga BK with 2-3. In the Final, Kullavägens BK 1 won over Snöstorp Nyhem FF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 9-manna.
