Bergums IF was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2017. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 13 9-manna and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-slutspel, but lost it against IK Arvika Fotboll by 0-2.
In addition to this, Bergums IF have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2016, Bergums had two teams playing in Pojkar 13 9-manna and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the 1/8 Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Nesodden IF by 1-2. Bergums comes from Olofstorp which lies approximately 120 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Olofstorp does also provide 39 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2017 (Among others: Askims IK, Kungsbacka IF, Landvetter IS, Lindome GIF, Kullavik IF, Kungälvs FF, Holmalunds IF, Stenkullen GoIK, Särö IK and Jonsereds IF).
