In addition to IFK Viksjö, 8 other teams played in Flickor 16-17. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Viksjö could be found in Group 2 together with Hönö Hjuvik, Skövde KIK/Våmb, Toarpsalliansen and IK Viljan Strängnäs.

IFK Viksjö continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skarnes IL with 1-3. In the Final, Hönö Hjuvik won over Toarpsalliansen and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16-17.
