In addition to Nesodden IF, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Nesodden IF could be found in Group 7 together with Tibro AIK FK, Särö IK and Hjulsbro IK.

Nesodden IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Jarlabergs IF with 0-2. In the Final, IFK Skövde FK 1 won over Jarlabergs IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15.

Nesodden IF also participated in Pojkar 14 during Skadevi Cup 2016. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Trosa-Vagnhärads SK with 5-6 and ended up in second place.
