In addition to Stigtomta IF, 25 other teams played in Flickor 14-15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Stigtomta IF could be found in Group 6 together with Sävedalens IF, Vallens IF, Mariestads BOIS FF and Falköpings KIK.

Stigtomta IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Väster with 1-5. In the Final, Älvängens IK won over Stenstorps IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14-15.
