In addition to Nässjö FF, 30 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Nässjö FF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Skövde KIK 1, Asmundtorps IF/Billeberga GIF and Fristad/Sparsör/Borgstena.

Nässjö FF 1 continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skultorps IF with 1-2. In the Final, Skepplanda BTK won over Skövde KIK 1 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 13.
