Karlstad BK was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.
In addition to Karlstad BK, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Karlstad BK could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Västervik, Skepplanda BTK and Skultorps IF. Karlstad BK continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Askims IK with 1-3. In the Final, Ulvåkers IF won over Askims IK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15. Karlstad BK also participated in Pojkar 14 during Skadevi Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P14 A-slutspel, but lost it against IFK Fjärås with 2-3. Karlstad comes from KARLSTAD which lies approximately 110 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
