In addition to Skepplanda BTK, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 13 9-manna. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Skepplanda BTK could be found in Group 8 together with Älvsborg FF 1, Bjuvstorps FF and Onsala BK 2.

Skepplanda BTK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Västervik with 0-1. In the Final, Kullavägens BK 1 won over Snöstorp Nyhem FF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 9-manna.

Skepplanda BTK also participated in Pojkar 12 during Skadevi Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P12 A-slutspel, but lost it against Ytterby IS Vit with 1-2.
