Byttorps IF was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.

In addition to Byttorps IF, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Byttorps IF could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Skövde FK 2, Askims IK and Jarlabergs IF.

Byttorps IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ulvåkers IF with 2-5. In the Final, Ulvåkers IF won over Askims IK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15.

Byttorps comes from Borås which lies approximately 94 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Borås does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2017 (Among others: Holmalunds IF, Stenkullen GoIK, Fristad/Sparsör/Borgstena, Alingsås IF, Kinna IF, Alingsås KIK, FUB Borås, Toarpsalliansen, Floda BoIF and Södra Härene IF).
