FBK Karlstad was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16-17.
In addition to FBK Karlstad, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof FBK Karlstad could be found in Group 3 together with Lidköpings FK, IFK Hjo and Kållereds Sportklubb. FBK Karlstad continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Skövde FK 1 with 0-1. In the Final, Nesodden IF won over IFK Skövde FK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17. FBK Karlstad comes from Karlstad which lies approximately 110 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
