In addition to Boo FF, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Boo FF could be found in Group 4 together with Waggeryds IK, Sils IF, IFK Skövde FK 1 and Gerdskens BK.

Boo FF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Mariestad Ungdom with 0-3. In the Final, Tidaholms GIF won over Sils IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
