Mariestad BK was one of 166 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13.

In addition to Mariestad BK, 61 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Mariestad BK could be found in Group 6 together with Floda Boif, Hertzöga BK Gul and Skultorps IF Gul.

Mariestad BK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ulvåkers IF with 0-2. In the Final, IFK Kristinehamn P13 blå/vit won over Kungsbacka IF Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.

Mariestad comes from Mariestad which lies approximately 32 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Mariestad does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2018 (Among others: Våmbs IF, Ulvåkers IF, Mariestad Ungdom, IFK Mariestad, Fagersanna IF/Tibro AIK, Tibro AIK FK/Fagersanna IF, IFK Skövde FK, Lerdala/Tymer, Hörnebo SK and Tibro AIK FK).
