In addition to Skultorps IF, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skultorps IF could be found in Group 5 together with Nesodden IF Nesodden 2, Skara FC, Tibro AIK FK and IFK Skövde FK 2.

Skultorps IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sils IF with 1-3. In the Final, Tidaholms GIF won over Sils IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
