IK Kongahälla was one of 166 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13.
In addition to IK Kongahälla, 61 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof IK Kongahälla Röd could be found in Group 5 together with Ängby IF, IFK Skövde FK 1 and Kungsbacka IF Vit.
