In addition to the two Backatorp teams, 60 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Backatorp IF Röd could be found in Group 12 together with Herrestads AIF, IFK Skövde FK 2 and Årsta FF.

Backatorp IF Röd continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sjömarkens IF with 0-6. In the Final, IFK Kristinehamn P13 blå/vit won over Kungsbacka IF Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
