In addition to Tungelsta IF, 38 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Tungelsta IF could be found in Group 6 together with Värings Gif, Våmbs IF and Bergums IF Blå.

Tungelsta IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Varnhems IF/Axvalls IF with 0-1. In the Final, Örby IS Röd won over Vallentuna Damfotboll F05 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13.
