In addition to the three Mölnlycke teams, 59 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Mölnlycke IF Real could be found in Group 8 together with Spårvägen ff Spårvägen P05, Vapnö IF and Ulvåkers IF.

Mölnlycke IF Real continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Kristinehamn P13 blå/vit with 3-4. In the Final, IFK Kristinehamn P13 blå/vit won over Kungsbacka IF Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
