Nödinge SK Fotboll was one of 166 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Flickor 13.

In addition to Nödinge SK Fotboll, 38 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Nödinge SK Fotboll F05/06 could be found in Group 2 together with IK Viljan Strängnäs Viljan F05/06, Timmele GoIF and Skövde KIK 2.

Nödinge SK Fotboll F05/06 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Falköpings KIK with 0-1. In the Final, Örby IS Röd won over Vallentuna Damfotboll F05 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13.

Nödinge SK comes from Nödinge which lies approximately 120 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Nödinge does also provide 34 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2018 (Among others: Lindome GIF, Hjuviks AIK, Älvsborgs FF, Azalea BK, Qviding FIF, IK Kongahälla, Kållered SK, Floda Boif, Björndammens BK and Mölnlycke IF).
