Hermansby IF was one of 166 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Pojkar 14.

In addition to Hermansby IF, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Hermansby IF could be found in Group 8 together with Vikens IK, Hertzöga BK and Ulvåkers IF.

Hermansby IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halvorstorps IS 2 with 1-3. In the Final, Nesodden G04 won over IF Brommapojkarna P04-3 U and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 14.

Hermansby comes from Kärna which lies approximately 140 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Kärna does also provide 33 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2018 (Among others: Lindome GIF, Hjuviks AIK, Älvsborgs FF, Azalea BK, Qviding FIF, IK Kongahälla, Kållered SK, Kullavik IF, Floda Boif and Björndammens BK).
