In addition to the two Örby IS teams, 37 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Örby IS Blå could be found in Group 9 together with Falköpings KIK, Råda BK Vit, IFK Kristinehamn and Trollhättans FK / Halvorstorps IS.

Örby IS Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vallentuna Damfotboll F05 2 with 1-2. In the Final, Örby IS Röd won over Vallentuna Damfotboll F05 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13.
