In addition to Katrineholms SK, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Katrineholms SK could be found in Group 10 together with Halvorstorps IS 2, Träslövsläge IF and Ytterby IS.

Katrineholms SK made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against BK Häcken, which they won with 3-1. Thereby Katrineholms SK won the entire A-slutspel in Pojkar 14 during Skadevi Cup 2018.
