In addition to the two Väster teams, 60 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof IF Väster Svart could be found in Group 14 together with Sjömarkens IF, Lerdala/Tymer IF Tymer / Lerdala IF, IK Viljan Strängnäs Vit and Snöstorp Nyhem FF 1.

IF Väster Svart continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Torslanda IK RÖD with 1-2. In the Final, Segeltorps if won over Råda BK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 13.
