In addition to Älvsborg FF, 33 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Älvsborg FF could be found in Group 5 together with Ulvåkers IF, IK Nordia and Fagersanna IF/ Tibro AIK.

Älvsborg FF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Bele Barkarby FF with 0-2. In the Final, IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 won over Torslanda IK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15.

Älvsborg FF also participated in Pojkar 14 during Skadevi Cup 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P14 A-slutspel, but lost it against Torslanda IK with 0-3.
