In addition to the two Vänersborgs teams, 60 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Vänersborgs IF Blå could be found in Group 15 together with IF Eksjö Fotboll, Landvetter IS, Hjulsbro IK and Nesodden IF.

Vänersborgs IF Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stenungsunds IF with 1-5. In the Final, LFF Ungdom won over Snöstorp Nyhem FF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 14.
