In addition to Tölö IF, 40 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Tölö IF could be found in Group 9 together with IFK Skoghall DF Blå, IFK Vaxholm and Emmaboda komb.

Tölö IF made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Ulvåkers IF with 4-5. Thereby Tölö IF finished second in F13 B-Slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2019.
