In addition to Utbynäs SK, 12 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Utbynäs SK could be found in Group 3 together with Skepplanda BTK/LNIK, Ulvåkers IF/Värings GoIF, IFK Hjo and Stuvsta IF Vit.

Utbynäs SK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Skövde KIK 2, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Utbynäs SK won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 15-16 during Skadevi Cup 2019.
