In addition to Bergums IF, 33 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Bergums IF could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Uddevalla p, Tölö IF, Tomtens IF and Sollentuna FK.
Bergums IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Torslanda IK with 0-2. In the Final, IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 won over Torslanda IK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15. Bergums IF also participated in Pojkar 14 during Skadevi Cup 2018.
